I am very friendly with my dealer, due to the fact that we used to go to school together, so if he sells me something odd, I can call him up and yell at him and he will bring me fresh gear.
If my dealer was not my friend, I wouldn't say a peep to him after the sale. Some of these guys can be pretty violent, rude or just plain evil and not care about you. It's an illegal trade, customer service is not a must.
