Excuse me for any falacies or ignorance. Ive done some reading and gathered what I could. Anyways some info, 30yo male. 5'10, 200lbs. I have low T and have been on TRT for about a year a little more. Before I started I weighed 230ish and in the last 6 months have lost 30lbs. My problem is the last 10-15 lbs or so have been stubborn. But before I gained all the weight I weighed 185-190 and had a 36in waist. I was in the service so I was in shape, not cut up but in shape. Now I weigh roughly 10-15lbs more than before, but my waist is the same. So leads me to beleive between working out and TRT I have more muscle mass, how much hard to say. But still have a flab that I would like tightened up and think I need to drop another 10lbs to be happy.
Now I dont want to do a full blown cycle from what I gather is 12 weeks and anywhere from 400-600mg of T per week, along with post cycle stuff and what not. Nothing against a full blown cycle, just dont want to pack on tons of muscle and worry about all the extra meds and what not.
Currently I take 100mg of test E every 6 days and my levels are in the 550-600 range with HCG. Now my question is doing a mini cycle of maybe 2-300mg would that help shred the fat and build muscle? All the while overall dropping weight?
Right now I work out 4-5 times a week with 30mins of Cardio at least then weights. was doing a calorie deficit diet now doing closer to maintain. I have enough Test to do a full blown cycle if I wanted, have all the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) I want. I dont have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and cant get one. But I do have some liquidex, which I tried in varying doses while on my current regimen and definitely dont need it, made me feel like crap.
Any opinion, or am I going down the wrong road.
