Deca 200 Test 400 10 week cycle. is this long enough?

As the topic says Im taking a Deca 200/ test 400 cycle. The deca is QV but the test 400 is a copy but i know it to be good gear from other guys plus experience with it in the past.

My cycle includes One CC of test and deca every monday and thursday. I have two 10cc bottles of deca and two 10cc bottles of test.

I read on the steroid profile that deca requires longer cycles and the average given was 12 weeks. Should i get another bottle of each and go for fifteen weeks or am i good where im at?

Also i can get anadrol tabs 50mg. Thinking if i should pick up 30 to jump start my cycle. im open to constructive criticism so let me know guys. Thanks


Oh here is my stats. I'm 5'11 165lbs 22 years old. Been training off and on for 2-3 years. I have gotten up to 190 on previous cycles but havent stayed focused on the gym. Thats all in the past and now it is becoming my lifestyle. My goal is 190lbs solid maybe 200.

i mean ten weeks would work-but i dont think you get will 10 shots out of each bottle-more like 9

i do not like short cycles-nor do i like having just enough gear-ya never know what could happen.

I picked up these shitty terumo needles-i was doin a delt shot today-accidentally flexed while the needle was in. soon as i pulled it out-i realized i had bent the needle-bent it bad-now it was not deep enough into my muscle. soon as i pulled out a ping pong ball size not swelled up-im thinking it got only deep enough for sub-q. i squeezed it and juice went squirtin out-i was fucking pissed-but since i have plenty-it was not that big of deal.
 
Your 5'11" 165lbs and you're planning on running Test 800mg/wk and Deca 400mg/wk? Not too clear on your wording on your cycle, but that's the way i read it. Is this correct?
 
at 5-11 and 165?? You need to eat kid. Dont even start the cycle unless you are 180
Eat and train hard. Stop the off and on stuff. You mentioned that you hit 190 on your previous cycles, what happened? How do you loose 25lbs, did you starve yourself?

I agree... There is obviously something wrong with your diet and training. Go check out those 2 sections of the forum....
 
Just read one of his older posts that he posted over the summer. He said he was 200lbs in July, and was about to start his third cycle. How do you go from 200lbs before your third cycle to 165lbs about to start your 4th cycle 6 months later?
 
I was 190 in july. I quit everything cold turkey. I gain fast and i lose fast when im not at it. Thats just how my body works. I am back to my old training routine and diet. I am comfortable with them. On training days i get over 200g of protien and over 3500 calories. non training days i stick around 2500 calories and 150g of protein. I train monday-friday. I know im skinny but i just have a super fast metabolism. i started training again actually dec 28 and i dropped to a horrible 156lbs. so ive gaind ~ 9lbs since then. I could train and get to 180 then take the cycle but its way more fun starting now. I know many of you may not agree with it and i respect your opinions and your probably right but its just so hard to go from those fast gains of power and size and strength to just being normal. It feels like the 17 days it took for me to gain those 9 lbs naturally was a lifetime. It was hard balancing college, work, bills, and a relationship all at once so thats why i stopped my training to work full time and go to college full time. i was on the broke mans diet. However all that is straighten away now so im good to go. All i have to do is focus on school so i have plenty of time on my hands to train and stay focused. I figured i would train with gear for ten weeks, get up to 180-190 and then work out naturally to maintain that weight. That is my goal. i dont want to be any bigger. Thanks for your imput guys.

And yes test 400mg 2x a week deca 200 2x a week

That fell through. i had to put that on the waiting list because other things had to come first. i dont think i said i was 200lbs. if i did i was exxagerating due to my eago growing bigger. i hope my above post explains this all. I am where i am today and hope to move forward with the above given information.
 
I'm sorry, but I just read a bunch of excuses on why you HAVE TO start your cycle. I have a wife, kids, a job, bills, and I go to school. You simply have to find a balance. You're 22 to top things off. I was 22 my first cycle. You've gotten a few under your belt already, yet your the size I was when I was 14 years old. :nonono2: If your goal is to be 190-200 and maintain, why the fuck do you need to cycle? If you were there before, then work at it and get there again. I'm not trying to preach, but damn you want to get what you had and that's your goal. Awesome, but doing it because it's fun and cool?:smoker: Sounds like you're going to do what every you want anyways, so why even ask for opinions? Seems like there's a lot of this going around.:insane:

this will be my third cycle over 2 years.

I was gonna take the drol ed for 5 weeks and take the deca and the test twice a week so 400mg of dec and 800mg of test.

I may go another 5 weeks with some more deca and more test but stop the drol. for post cycle i have clomid.

What are your thoughts?

Big ed your a big dick dude. I wasnt making any excuses why i HAD to start it i was simply explaining why i WANTED to start it. And if you were that big when you were 14 good for you dude. Not everyone is like you. Its people like you who push people away from this site who dont really know what they are doing and when they try to get some help you jump down their throat. And weather you like it or not a large percent of people who do decide to use gear dont know what they are doing and when they get responses like yours they stray away from forums like these when hanging around with good understanding people could have helped them immensly. So you can go fuck yourself dude honestly your a piece of shit.
 
Haha, damn bro chill out. You asked I answered. The advice you got was check your diet and that your small for using that much gear. If you want some diet advice here you go.

You intake 150-200g of protein which isn't nearly enough. Your diet is 2500 calories non work out and 3500 calories work out. That is two separate diets not one. Keep calories up if you want to bulk. Sticking with 300g of protein and +3500 calories each day work out or not and you will reach 200lbs easy in a few months.
 
Big Ed is right keep your diet consistent. You shouldn't lower your protien and calories on off days. Try to get the same protien carbs and calories every day of the week.
 
Okay that sounds good. I got syntha 6 cell mass and no explode. I take 2 scoops syntha 6 with a banana and yougurt twice a day. and take the cell mass and no explode as required. Maybe ill hold off on the gear until i hit 175-180lbs. thanks for the replies and im glad this :argue: came to an end. :bigok:
 
Hey man these guys r just trying to help and my twin brother is like 170 and same height obviously and shit but he's saying he can't gain as much as me and he's done a cycle and I have to but u have to realize u could take all the shit in the world and not get bigger if diets not there,and on that note I don't mean a clean diet I dirty bulk my metabolism is fairly quick to but I eat whatever as long as I'm getting over 200 g protein a day I'm good,I'm 5'8" 210 and I think 13-15% bf now but fuck the model walk when it's time to bulk it's time to bulk,just stick with it no more on off bullshit u got to go at it hard dude.
