Deca cycle

what is a good lean bulking cycle that deca can be included into, I have a bottle layin around and don't want it to go to waste bu t I don't want to take a straight bulking cycle like test e/deca

This ^^ it's all about your diet. And 1 vial of deca won't do much but lube your joints up.

You need 3-4 vials of deca to get anything out of it....and i think the lubing of the joints is very over rated with deca
