Deca & Dbol for lean muscle cycle..???

Firstly my Stats

5’8
170 pounds
15% Bf
2 years lifting

My 1st cycle was

sus 500mg 1- 10 week

dbol 30 mg 1- 6 weeks

Usual post cycle therapy (pct) 3 week after last shot

Im about to start my 2nd cycle and I have deca and dbol, I have some questions for any 1 that has enough experience to answer them

This is what my cycle will look like

200mg deca 1-10 weeks
40 mg dbol 1 – 6 weeks
Clen maybe ?
Usual post cycle therapy (pct) 3 week after last shot

These are my questions

1. I was wondering could I use these two for a lean muscle cycle?

2. Can I eat 3 good meals a day and make up the rest of the protein from the shakes ? Or shall I just eat 5 small meals and the pro shakes

3. How man calories shall I take in

4. How much cardio shall I do Vs Weights

5 . Can I ad in some clen if so much shall I take?

6 . Any type of feedback on defineing the body

too much dbol, not enough deca. I would up the deca to at least 300mg and drop the dbol to 25mg. And i hope you don't have a girlfriend, because you probably will not be able to get it up after a few weeks.

LOL, yeah bro you might want to throw some proviron in there and lower the dbol a bit. and like JCP2 said I would use 250-300mg of deca. Sounds like mostly want you want is to lean up a bit. remember most of that will be diet. the drugs will maitain or put muscle on you but your diet will get you lean. you need to understand how diet and exercise affect your body more. you should have an idea by now if you have had a few years of training on what does what. if not you need to start keeping better records.
 
well i know enough about dieting .....i think....i just wanted some opinions

OK what about the clen?

and why shall i bump the dosage of deca up from 200 - 300mg

and why shall i loser the dosagge of dbol soory for the questions but just wanna know..........


i have deca 100mg 1 ml amps so u r saying i should have 1 shot of 200mg and 1 shot 100mg a week

i also have Sustanon and Durabolin

due lack of supply i cant get anything else

ok so u r saying if i do deca and dbol and eat low cals high protein i cant gain lean muscle .....after say the water goes down ..i dont mind the water lol people cant really tell with me just makes me look bigger

so the question im really gettin at is deca and dbol with low cals and some clen wouldnt i be able to gain muscle.......and for the water when the water goes wont only muscle be left

400 g protein = 1500 calories. E% 50

Just go for it....... the ONLY way you are going to know, is to try it for yourself, that's what it all boils down to........LOL


I'd go with the Deca @ 300-400mg/week.
 
lol thanks stone........so has any 1 else ever tried what im about to do
........has 2 be some 1 here that has ...deca and dbol with some clen for lean muscle ........stone have u tried this because at the end of the day if I eat 3500 +- , high pro with low fat I don’t understand why it won’t........

btw I can’t get no other roids so im making do with what I got

And 1 other thing can I take 1 300mg shot a week or shall I space it out say 2ml on Monday and 1ml on Tuesday....

My 1st cycle went well I gain about 15 pounds after the water went away......strength increase was PHENOMIAL...and I kept 60 % of it

i have never tried deca/dbol, but from what i have heard is that cycle is more for mass rather than trying to cut up.

i think that after the water goes away i will only be left will lean muscle....im gonna have my 1st shot today of deca so i will keep u people informed on my progresss
