Should i count NPP as my first run of deca since its the same thing as deca just a shorter ester? Does that make sense? My question is once i go 500mgs of deca and 750mgs of test Will i still be able to see gains on a lower dose after i cycle with a high dose of deca and test or will i always have to use that dose to see results?

if i were to take deca i would also take a prolactin inhibitor like caber, being that deca will increase prolactin. i would also take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for my test. i always keep an eye on my blood pressure especially when i take dbol and test.

Yah, I was running at 3:30am lol I finish work at 2:15am. Yesterday was just a cardio day. So I ran and did some stairmaster.
Well since I've run deca at 500mg's and I found its the sweet spot for me. So I will always use that. But wether you want to use 500mg's then on a different cycle just use 400mg's. I don't see a problem there. You will still make gains. That cycle of deca I was doing was 500mg's of deca, and 750mg's of test. So you would think the cycle I'm on now, I would have to use 750mg's again. But this time around I'm only using 500mg's, 250mg's less. And I still feel it. So I presume it would be the same with deca. Since your first cycle was a short ester nandro, and now your going to a longer ester nandro at 500mg's.
If you wanted to go back to npp again at 400mg's. I think you would still make gains for sure.

I been on 400mg deca 3 months now I wish I would have been doing 600
why do you wish you would of been doing 600?? what were your gains like on 400mgs?
Well i was up 20lbs I just lost about 5 dieting more strict the reason I wish I did more is because deca is very tolerable to me unlike tren ive had no sides except high bp but I have that under control now. I just think I should have done more but im happy with results so far I got till end of march before I come off.

Do you run an oral?
lol you're still worried about that, it's really nothing. You're at a 46 or something? It's actually really good for being on an oral. I'm higher than that right now and I'm not even on any oral, just testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) test 200mg/wk.
You know working out and lifting regularly can raise your AST/ALT as well.
