hey mates,
am new to this forum but i would appreciate your advice on the cycle that i have just started. I am 178CM height, 80Kg, and 15% BF. My cycle will be for 12 weeks
it is a very mild cycle and my goal is to get ripped a bit and keep my muscle mass and no harm for gaining some lean muscles abit.
The cycle is: 3iu ED of GH, 100 Deca durabolin every week "to maintain my muscle mass", and Stanolon 2 tabs ED.
Note. Can i use the injectable winstrol for a period of 3 weeks EOD because i didnt get on hand enough Stanolon for the full period.
i have been working out for almost 4 years now and i was fat before that i was 109Kg and now i am 80Kg. I workout 4-5 times a week hard core:
- Chest n bi
- Back n abs
- Shoulders n shrugs
- Tri n forearms and abs
- Legs n calfs
I do deaflist up to 140kgs for 8/10 reps - i do bench press up to 100 kg what i mean by that is my strength and weights are high but i need your advice on that.
Also i do use mild cycles and thats my 3rd one. the first 2 were only Deca 100 every week and GH 3ius every day only but now in this cycles i tried to throgh stanolon on the way to get a liitle bit ripped and solid since have some extra skin when i was fat.
What do you suggest and which forum should i join to advise me regarding that matter?
