Alright, i'm in week 9 of my 2nd cycle.
Weeks 1-14: Test 600mg/wk
Weeks 1-12: Deca 400mg/wk
Weeks 1-4: Dbol 30mg/day
This was supposed to be a hefty bulk cycle for the winter, i started this cycle at 182 (pretty cut up), and now in week 9 i am around 190-192. My first cycle on Test 500 i gained about 28 lbs off that alone, so im questioning whether my gear is bunk considering ive only gained 10 lbs so far. Now i know that is not bad for only 9 weeks, but here is why im questioning the gains ive made.
1. Since starting this cycle i started training with a few guys instead of training by myself. This has allowed me to really push myself instead of always holding back some when i lift alone.
2. I'm on my 4th week of creatine mono (normally gain anywhere from 3-4lbs of water weight)
3. When i started this cycle, my diet increased quite a bit, carrying a little more fat than i was.
- im also using a weight gainer drink during my workout w an extra 980 cals, only drinking about 5/8 of it throughout/after workout.
Based on all 3 of these changes, it seems like this 10lb gain could be strictly from training hard, a little fat gain too.
My strength has been increasing slowly, but i think its from working out w partners, i am able to push myself further each week.
What do you think? I havent done hcg this go around (yet) bc i felt is was unnecessary. Don't have any signs of gyno either. The only symptom ive noticed is acne on my shoulders/back which i know is from something.
Im thinking the Test i have might be real (ugl) but very underdosed? I would have thought that this hefty cycle of test/deca/dbol would really help me put on some mass. opinions please!
