deca/test E question

this is my fourth cycle. I am also starting my 3rd week.
starting stats: 6'1 196 lbs 14 % bf
currently 202 lbs.

I am running deca 300 mg/ml, and Test E 400 mg/ml

i take 2 shots a wk, mon and thurs, and i take 1/2 shots of both deca and test combined. so monday is 1/2 deca, 1/2 test, and thrus is 1/2 deca, 1/2 test.

heres my question. i have noticed in all my previous cycles that i put all my weight on weeks 3-6. wk 1-2 is slow bc it needs to becomes built up in my system, but wks 7-12 i just find myself maintaining. my caloric/carb/protien intake daily remains high all 12 wks, but my body seems to to too acustomed to that intake 2 months in. i was thinking about eating massive amouts for 3 wks (5-6k calories with high protien) and then taking 1 week off and making my caloric intake about 1500-1800 to shock my body, while still keeping high protien intake. what do you think? should i keep a steady high intake the entire cycle, or i this shock therapy a good idea?
 
I m not a pusher, but id increase both compounds to 600.. if you got it, eat like your saying.
Are you oveertraining ? I find simple compound movements where there is a direct measure of strength increase are the best for mass....
I m trying to gain..I did 5 working sets falt bench, 5 working sets incline bench, 3 sets pec dec..next body part...1 hour total..20 min cardio to rap it up.
Are you sleeping and taking appropriate time off resting at night ?
 
what have you run in your previous cycles? deca and test e are both long esters so I wouldn't even expect much before week 7 let alone having it plateau. Very odd, make sure the caloric intake is still high, try changing up your workout to create muscle confusion, and get proper rest. If that's followed to the T and it still doesn't work out you should consider trying something else, but I don't see how it wouldn't.
 
I dont understand your weekly doesage but.
Any day with the sustanon..deca a bit longer..??

why would shocking your body in the middle of a cycle with LOW calorie be productive? why would it help build more muscle after? it might help reduce 14% bodyfat but I can't see how it would "shock" the body into growing more muscle.

if you are doing the 4th cycle with the same gear and same dosages chances are you won't be getting much out of 400mgs of testosterone. Bump testosterone to 1000mgs /week. Drop deca try another stack - maybe 600mgs of boldenone will help with the bf (watch the eating though - it WILL make you hungry).

and, personally, at 6'1" and 196lbs - on your 4th cycle at 14% bodyfat tells me you should DEFINITELY look into a different training routine and examine diet and sleep. Either you started WAY too early or something is outta wack cause you should be further along (did you have injuries and take time off - or gave up the gym for a while?)
 
well my first cycle was bullshit i think. cycle 2 was low dose of test enanthate alone 250mg, and cycle 3 was trend 250 mg, and cyp 250 mg. in all of these cycles i just hit a platue point. i have no idea why. i really focus on intake, protien, recovery and rest. i only do a body part once a wk.
mon: chest 10 sts, tri 4 sts
tues: back 14 sts, bi 4 sts
wed: legs 12 sts
thurs off
fri: shoulder 12 sets
sat arms 18 sts total (9-9)
sun off

so it cant have anything to do with over training, i just figured my body got too acusstomed to my daily intake. so i was wondering if i pretty much "starve" (calories lowered only)1 week out of every 4 my body wouldnt be used to a routine, as well as going to higher reps for that 1 wk. i only spend 1 hour or so at the gym, i get in, hit it hard, and get out. i just dont know what my deal is.

well, you'll always hit a "plateau" - no matter what - the difference between 500mgs of test/week and 1500mgs test/week is not 3x more muscle gain - it's a lot less.

You don't mention your age - but if you're young - 250mgs/test (especially if you didn't run HCG throughout your cycle) is not ENOUGH - even for a first cycle it is too little. You're probably looking at MAX 1500nmol/L with 250mgs (depends on blends too and how often injected).

If you were young - your natural test production would be (maybe) 900 - so, not "enough of an improvement". Of course, if you ran HCG then you "add" your natural production to the injected "extra" and it's better - but, otherwise it is WAY too little.

You definitely should bump test up 750mgs/week and focus your diet and REST AND SLEEP for growth.
