Hi,
I`ve got an HDL of 53 and an LDL of 189, ouch!! I never cycled before, and before cycling i decided to lower my total cholesterol to at least 200.
I`m currently 260 at around 18-19%bfat (i`m 6 foot7).
Bought some flax oil, in oil form and i`m goind to start doin 3 cardio sessions in the morning before breakfast. Hope to get to 12% before my first cycle.
My quesion is this ; which of the following two suppliments is the best to help me lower my cholesterol ?
CoQ10 + Hawthorn Berry or
CoQ10 + Red Yeast Rice.
