Delayed Gyno after Epi and Nolva PCT - Safe for another cycle?

Hi all. New to the forum but have just read the sticky on do I have Gyno....very informative.

Well I did a Epi cycle a few months ago and was happy with results, finished it with Nolva 40/40/20/20 and cracked on trying to trim any added bulk down. about a month after the end of the PCT (2 weeks ago) I noticed a small lump under right nipple which has gotten slightly painful when pressure applied, left nipple has nothing but looks a little puffy.....now its not like I have a pair of DD danglers or anything but it is noticable to me when scrutinising closely in certain poses.

I am running Tamox at 20mg pd at the moment and will move onto Raloxifene if I can source it and have no look with the Nolva. The sticky suggests this will work to reverse it.

My questions are:
1. Will I pre pre-disposed to Gyno on other cycles now? was looking at a SD cycle after the summer.
2. Was my inital PCT no good? if this was going to rebound anyway, should I have waiting a while for PCT?
3. When the reversal happens, will it not just come back after I stop on Tamoxifen? or will the Estrogen have subsided by then?
4. If I go see a doc about this, and he hits me wth some bloodwork, will the Epi show?

I would remain on tamoxifen daily at 20mg for the next few weeks until the body balances out the hormones. You may of not recovered from the EPI, so yeh PCT may not of been long enough. Blood work is what you need, if UK dont mention hormone use or expect a grilling from the doc and notes on your medical record.
