deloading weight?

I'm not even sure what you mean? do you mean in contest prep?

like if u plateu and say your stuck on 200pound bench you de-load the weihgt for afew weeks to give the body a rest so you can build ur strength up and maybe hit 210 pounds afew weeks later

i assume that you aim to progress in your lifts week after week, that is attempt PR's each week? is that a 5RM or a 1RM you're asking about?

lets say you do a 6 weeks triaining cycle and then max out. YOu'd start a new traning cycle and drop you starting weight back down but ideally to a weight higher than your previous starting point.

exactly, that is assuming you're pushing your 1RMs. say, if your pushing your 5RM, then what you could do is attempt a few weeks of pushing 3s instead. say you cannot get 205x5. so instead, try 205x3, then the following week 210x3, 215x3 and 220x3. now return back to 205x5 and you should be able to nail it. again, you could follow the reset method that rocco talked about.
