ive been doing side laterals after chest (chest/shoulders/triceps in one day). i do flat dumbells, then incline dumbells (or i might not) then weighted dips elbows out-chest style, then 3 sets of side laterals heavy down to 8 reps last set. i think ive been overtraining them in the past by training them separately. im doing a routine almost identical to pullinbig's.
