Dennis James!!!

I didn't want to start this post til I got the pics downloaded to my computer but I could hardly contain myself....Dennis James and Bebe Giraldo came over here to korea to do a BodyBuilding seminar for us...and it was awesome....we got to hang out with them the whole time that they were here and everything....Dennis is a really cool guy...he's easy to talk to .....and doesn't mind answering any questions.....same goes for Bebe.....It was a very motivational couple of days.....exactly what I needed to refocuse on my goals....well I'll try to get the pics up today or tomorrow...there's a ton of them.....

Thanks man.....I know...just finished a bulking cycle ......and started dieting this week.....and it sucks going from eating almost anything I want .....to nothing that I want....oh well it's the price we pay right???

I dunno if he was or not...he didn't talk about it...and nobody brought it up.....but he was here....maybe they let him out on good conduct...I really have no clue....but I updated the site with some more pics...I just need to resize a few that are larger than life of dennis...
