dextrose or maltodex for postworkout carb?

I'm a bit confused, I've heard maltodex. has a higer gi, making it good for p/w carbs, but its a complex carb (i think), or at least "more complex" than dextrose which is a simple sugar. I'll be adding whey iso. and creatine for my p/w drink, just wondering which is ideal for this purpose.
 
Both. One for the simple sugar and one to get a mega insulin response (maltodextrin). You could go for a half and half mixture if you want, or some other combo...I don't think it will make a huge difference.
 
Agree! Better stomachal absortion if ingested dextrose plus maltodextrine! 50-50 should be fine!

So how many grams of each PW?
I take 70g dex PW with 40g of whey.

I need to know so I can order some up.
