Keto or Carb cycling for Fat loss?

Sup everyone. New to the forum. I'm torn on which diet I want to follow for fat loss? Keto or Carb Cycling? I got stubborn back fat which is bitch to look at. I workout 4-5 times a week. Fasted Cardio. I do ECA. I would love to hear their experience on Keto or Carb Cycling? Thanks in Advance

Hey mate, I'm keto right now. It's a great way to burn fat and I like the feeling while I'm doing it. Just don't do carb up days because it will then take 3-6 days to get back into ketosis. But yeah, it's helped me burn fat and my skin looks better too.
 
Here the deal, if you can live without alot of Carbs, then go Keto. But if Carbs are a must to have, then Carb cycle instead. For me, I tried keto, but it made me feel like shit, and didn't have enough energy to finish my heavy workouts. So now I eat 330 Carbs a day, and I still loose 2 lbs a week.
