I have 4 weeks to go...i was thinking of stopping the carb cycling after this week and moving to just protein, efa's, and 3 oz of red pototoes as my only carbs after my workouts for the last 4 weeks.......does that sound good?
 
Well hun, that really depends on what sort of conditioning you are in?
Got any pics? I don't like the no carb thing myself. I find a lot of people's bodies respond negatively to it in the last four weeks of contest dieting.
What's your diet look like now? That might also be helpful.
