Hello, I'm doing a dbol only cycle and want to know from others about their gains, previously I have used one rip 200 for 8 weeks, and I have done a 6 week anavar course, during these courses I didn't pay much attention to nutrition so gains were bad, this dbol will be my first proper cycle where I will be 100% dedicated.
I will be running it for 8 weeks doing 30/30/30/30 40/40/40/40. I was wondering should I lay it out like that? Or 30/30/40/40/40/40/30/30. Criticism accepted just want to know what you guys think.
I am a fitness instructor so my training and diet will be spot on.
