I have been in the TRT forum for a while getting my TRT issues worked out. I have been feeling good and working out a lot more. For years I have put a lot of effort into healthy eating but I feel I need to step it up so I don't waste my time. After reading a lot of the posts it's safe to say I don't know shit about proper diet when lifting weights and I don't feel like I have seen a lot of change. Would anyone be willing to give me some advice if I post my diet? My goal is pretty simple: I would like to add muscle and lose fat (not sure if that is even a legitimate goal).
