Diet Advice!

I have a few questions for you guys on the board.

First off-
I have an uncle who has been bodybuilding/powerlifting for 15+ years. Recently he decided to bulk up and this is how he did it.

He ate 4 Lb's of chicken with ketchup along with 35 Grams of creatine and alot of water every day. On the weekends he ate whatever he wanted (Stacking carbs, presumably).

How the hell does that work? is this something should do?

Anyways, What should i do for my diet? Here are my stats.

Age- 20
Weight- 179-184 throughout the day
BF%- Not sure, i could submit a picture if it would help.
EDIT-- My goal is strength and size and look good with it.

He wasn't talking about anything... That is what he did. I was asking why that works? It sounds similar to a Keto diet, except for he just ate whatever he wanted on the weekend.

You have an asked a question that is impossible to answer. Too many other variables than just 4 lbs of chicken creatine and ketchup.

^^^^Ya bro read that link, 4lbs of chicken and ketcup is definatly not the answer, You gotta have othere things in your diet to grow straight protien and table sugar form ketchup aint gonna do it, I can see eating 4 lbs of chicken a day but there has to be more
