Hi,

I am looking for some advice to help me get past my weight plateau!! In the last year I have lost almost 30kg, going from 120kg to 93kg. Now I have stalled!
I am trying everything to get rid of the last 15 or so kg's (my goal weight is 75kg) but I am having so much trouble! I've recently started training with a trainer (after gaining back 5kg...) and even though I have lost 4.5kg body fat (gained 2.5kg muscle) I am getting desperate to see the number on the scales drop! I just want to get past the 80kg hurdle and continue on my way! So pleeease can somebody offer some advice??? I'm 30yrs old and I'm getting married next year so I want to see some results!

A typical food day for me is:

Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of multigrain bread and a piece of fruit
OR
Smoothie with blueberries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup oats and 1 cup skim milk

Lunch:
Wrap (rye) with salad (greens, tomatoes, carrots, onion) sometimes with 1 tin salmon
or
baked potato with vegies/salad (mushrooms, onions, tomato, avocado) with 1tablespoon greek yoghurt
or
roast vegetables (no oil) and salad greens with balsamic vinegar

Dinner:
1 piece lean red meat or chicken breast or white fish with salad or vegetables (sometimes as a stirfry with spices)

As snacks I will eat fruit, or greek yoghurt (no fat - but not if I have any dairy for breakfast), pumpkin soup (just pureed pumpkin), rice crackers or a piece of vegemite toast.

I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, mostly 3 days of cardio (50-60mins) plus two sessions with my trainer which is predominantly weights/resistance with 1/2hr cardio at the end.

I have considered using Clen, but was wondering if it was helpful now or later on when I have gotten back on track.

Thanks for your help!!
