Diet critique help

Heys guys,

I just had a couple of questions about my diet. I was currently eating 3 protein carb meals then 3 protein fat meals every day 4000-4500 cals a day. I work out in the mornings but now I am on my first cycle which I am loving! So, now I am starting double days 6 days a week. I workout in the morning then workout at night. (e.g. chest am back pm.) I was just wondering how I should break up the fats, carbs through my meals each day? Thanks alot for all the help.
 
Is there a reason your breaking up the workouts (time constraints?)

I guess the most logical way to do it would be

Pro/carb
workout 1
pro/carb pwo
pro/fat
pro/fat
pro/carb
workout 2
pro/carb

makes the most sense to me....id just get my entire workout done at once though if i could.

Also, weights 6 times a week? Sounds like a lot to me...but if its working, go nuts.
