diet critique pls

I am 5'7" currently 168 lbs 9-10%bf, and on a cycle aiming for lean mass



My diet is as follows:


4am: tuna. oats, efa
36p/20c/15f

8am: Protein Shake, carbs(complex-powder), and skim milk
31p/75c/1f

9am workout

11am: Protein Shake, Dextrose
50p/90c/1f

12pm: beef, rice, cottage cheese, veggies
46p/60c/12f

2pm: tuna, oats, efa
36p/42c/15f

4pm: tuna, oats, efa
36p/42c/15f

6pm: chicken, rice, veggies, cottage cheese
36p/50c/6f

8pm: tuna, peanuts, yogurt
44p/20c/15f

10:30pm: beef, cottage cheese
40p/10c/13f

bed

Protein: 355
Carbs: 409
fat: 88
total cals:3848

My average daily calorie intake is between 3300- 3900 depends on workout days.

This has been my diet for about 2 years minus about 1000 cals. I increased cals due to the cycle.....is this ok?

THe diet looks real good but here are some suggestions so you don't burn out.
-You are eating alot of tuna. You can get away with other fish (orange ruffie, ect). Also, add in egg wts in your first meal to mix up the different protiens.
-Try sweet potatoes or yams for the 2&4 meal
-make sure the rice is brown
-if you really want to get picky, use water instead of milk for the shakes. The sugar in the milk won't kill you, but some people are more lactose intollerant than others.
Overall, the plan looks solid

bro way too much protein unless you're taking tons of juice, youre almost eating as much protein as you are carbs, u wont gain a lot of muscle like that, ur kidneys must be crying out! you only need half that at your weight
