Diet Critique

Alright my stats should be at the bottom of this with my auto sig. My goal is to drop to 10%bf before i start my cycle. Right now my current diet consit of:

meal 1 1/2 cup oatmel and cup of yogurt
meal 2 protein shake
meal 3 7oz chicken
meal 4 9oz lean beef
meal 5 protein shake
meal 6 7oz chicken 0r 9oz beef with 1/2 cup rice and 1/2 cup veggies.

Also im taking in roughly 300g of protein between the food and shakes.

I run 5 days a weekfor 30 min 15 at slow pace and 15 fast. I workout on an 8 day cycle 1 body part a day and a rest day after every 3rd day. So With my diet am I eating enough to maintain muscle mass but lean enough to cut fat? If i were to start a cycle how would I change my diet to still eat clean and max out cycle results? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

have the rice early in the day..cut the yogurt..throw in some healthy fats..like peanuts. almonds..ull be good to go
 
so does that mean cut the rice at the end of the day or eat at both? Also I may have to start working out at 7 or 8 for a lil while how should i shift my diet so i get the most out of my pre and post workout meals?

cut the rice in the night...have the carbs pre and post workout..thats when you need it..
make sure u add healthy fats
what is ur supplementation program like?
 
Im taking sizeon superpump and ON pro complex protein as well as amino acids. I got a hold of some flax seed oil but read 6-7 articles one said somethiign about prostate cancer so im still researching. Im also looking into fish oil but ive read that the grade you get determines the reactions you have so im trying to find a good one.

looks good while dieting you might want ot go for clean isolate whey protein like the one below..

Also jus have salmon instead of fish oil :)
