Alright my stats should be at the bottom of this with my auto sig. My goal is to drop to 10%bf before i start my cycle. Right now my current diet consit of:
meal 1 1/2 cup oatmel and cup of yogurt
meal 2 protein shake
meal 3 7oz chicken
meal 4 9oz lean beef
meal 5 protein shake
meal 6 7oz chicken 0r 9oz beef with 1/2 cup rice and 1/2 cup veggies.
Also im taking in roughly 300g of protein between the food and shakes.
I run 5 days a weekfor 30 min 15 at slow pace and 15 fast. I workout on an 8 day cycle 1 body part a day and a rest day after every 3rd day. So With my diet am I eating enough to maintain muscle mass but lean enough to cut fat? If i were to start a cycle how would I change my diet to still eat clean and max out cycle results? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
