I am getting ready to start my first cycle which will consist of Clen & T3 along with some gear to maintain the muscle mass I have built over the past year. I have been lifting consistently for 12 months, but have struggled with BF% which is stuck at 19% and most of this is around my belly. I am 6'0, 218lbs.
The following is my current diet, but would love some feedback on what I need to modify going into this cycle. Thanks.
7:00am 2/3 cup oatmeal w/ 40 grams of whey protein & rice cake (510 calories)
10:00am Protein shake (240 calories, 37 grams of protein)
1:00pm Tuna & 1/2 cup oatmeal (310 calories, 37 grams of protein
3:30pm Protein shake (240 calories, 37 grams of protein)
5:30pm Tuna & 1/2 cup oatmeal (310 calories, 37 grams of protein
7:30pm Protein shake (240 calories, 37 grams of protein)
DAILY TOTALS: 1810 calories, 225 grams of protein, 78 grams of complex carbs
