Diet Feedback Please

I am getting ready to start my first cycle which will consist of Clen & T3 along with some gear to maintain the muscle mass I have built over the past year. I have been lifting consistently for 12 months, but have struggled with BF% which is stuck at 19% and most of this is around my belly. I am 6'0, 218lbs.

The following is my current diet, but would love some feedback on what I need to modify going into this cycle. Thanks.

7:00am 2/3 cup oatmeal w/ 40 grams of whey protein & rice cake (510 calories)
10:00am Protein shake (240 calories, 37 grams of protein)
1:00pm Tuna & 1/2 cup oatmeal (310 calories, 37 grams of protein
3:30pm Protein shake (240 calories, 37 grams of protein)
5:30pm Tuna & 1/2 cup oatmeal (310 calories, 37 grams of protein
7:30pm Protein shake (240 calories, 37 grams of protein)

DAILY TOTALS: 1810 calories, 225 grams of protein, 78 grams of complex carbs
 
i still suffer wit "diet" problems. It's a bitch! Apparently, i dont eat enough! But its what i can afford! I got to 187lbs on my cycle, but im back to 170lbs. w/e, guess im meant to look like a 17yr old boy for my entire life, unless i wanna be a whale-which i dont

Where is your fat? you need fat to lose fat. Also, calories sound low. Check this post and get your bmr/tdee. Look at his sample diets. They are sound and are pretty easy to modify to your needs.

I dont like the diet you posted. I would try and get a balanced diet with good carbs and good fats as well as protein. Your choices are solid just not the right macros imo.

How much do you workout? any cardio?

I workout 4 weight days a week for 45 to 60 minutes and do 2500 calories of cardio a week. Only fat I usually do is 1 tablespoon of peanut butter a day and 3000mg of flax seed oil.

Cam there is a thread here talking about eating good while broke. There are some decent choices and can be fairly reasonable. Or you can eat like shit and do it on the cheap too.

Thats not enough dude. You need more fats. What is your cardio like? HIIT? Empty stomach? and 2500 is a lot of cardio. How are you measuring your calories?

more then 50% of your calories is coming from shakes.. this is crap. u need to do alot of research..
