Diet for First Test E Cycle

Energy Expenditure is (BMR)1900+300(Training)= 2200.
To limit excessive fat gain I've decided to go with 300 calories above maintenance to equal 2500.
Protein: About 260 grams (1.5g per lb bodyweight)
Carbs: 150
Fats: 100

I realize that for a lot of you guys 150g carbs may seem low. My reason for this is that I believe I'm sensitive to carbs, though if I don't see any excessive fat gain, I'll lower the fats and up the carbs to 200-250.

Intense Training: 5 days a week.

Test E 500mg/week
w/ Anastrozole .25mg ED
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 PCT

What are your daily meals looking like? I was the same exact size two weeks ago doing same exact cycle. Now 181 trying to increase my diet I need to eat more sounds like u do too

Meal 1. 930 Used to be just a Greek yogurt. Now it's 3 whole hard boiled eggs.
Meal 2. 1130am Yogurt
Meal 3. 115pm Two heavy pulled chicken BBQ sandwiches + one scoop whey shake
Meal 4. 445pm few oz chicken from can on sandwich + one scoop whey
Meal 5. 7pm. Dinner, bbqd burger with sides, steak wit two sides, chicken sides, pasta some nights etc it varies.
Meal 6. 1030pm. Sometimes a sandwich. Sometimes sharp cheddar cheese and some crackers, some times left overs.

Like I said, I need to work on diet, sounds like u should prob up urs as well
 
I am guessing you need more calories, I am 185 and was recommended to eat 3000 calories per day. I just started working with 3j on my diet. You can check his free diet advice thread or his website. So far it has been worth it for me...
