"Who is your Daddy and what does he do?"
Hello all,,,, I need your help... i'm a complete moron when it comes to dieting, and i've been trying to learn from reading on here, but i don't think i can make up a really great diet for myself... My stats are 6'1 ,, 195 pounds, not sure on bodyfat, and i'm 20 years old. I usually just try and eat as much as i can to put on weight, but i don't know when to eat what, which i'm tryin to learn from you guys and gals.

Normally I eat things like Tuna, Chicken breast, sandwhiches with meat on them, not as many fruits and veggies as i should, i'm soon to be getting protein powder, i'm taking after each workout a 400IU vitamin E pill, and 2 500mg vitamin C pills, and i have creatine but i'm waiting till i get the protein and dextrose and ALA and Metrodexotrin (i'm making it up cause i can't spell it, but i think you know what i mean). Anyway,,, I wanna put on a good 10 pounds and i'm not too worried about body fat (don't wanna put more on though) because i have a fast metabolism. Can anyone help me make up a diet I can follow to help me put on this weight within the next few months? I usually try to work out before lunch time (because of work), but sometime i have to workout after supper.

I hope this helps, if you need more information just ask me and i'll tell ya's what ya need to know,

Thanks so much,
Bigbuffstaples.

Try eating a diet consisting of 7 meals. You're 2 largest meal should be breakfast and post training.
Try eating every 3 hrsso it looks like this
7 AM breakfast
10Am Snack
1Pm Lunch
4pm pre workout
5pm workout
7pm post work out
8pm dinner
This might vary depending on your particular job/workout schedule bu it give you a guide line.
Tyr to eat bulk carbs such as rice, pasta. I cook up big pots of these so I have food for the week. This way you can just microwave a meal when ever ready.
Try having 2-3 shakes/day 1 with breakfast, one post workout and if you want one pre bedtime.
Eat protein and carbs at every meal 1 can tuna, chiken breast, 6 oz beef ect
Fruit make great convinient snacks and so do protein bars.
Heres a couple of hints for ya

Sounds good, thanks for the tip man, i'll try cooking stuff up for the week, but everyone here usually eats it on me, which sucks, but i'll try it again. Thanks pipes, and any more advice is welcome as well.

This is exactluy how I ate during my first cycle of bulking....unfourtunately I didnt start eating this much untill half way through the cycle so I may have not gotten the full affect...

Peanut Butter (extra chunky) became my best friend....3-4 sandwitches a day...with bananas on the side..
