I am heading away to leeds to do an elite personal training course for 6 weeks, which means staying in a travelodge for the duration of the time. Which also means no cooker
i am currently cutting so eating very little carbs is a must, i am trying to prep food for the week (come back friday to sunda) which can be eaten there without to much hassel, this is what i have so far so any help would be fantastic news. Thankyou
