Hey guys I'm getting ready to run my first cycle(test e 500mg/wk and dbol) and was curious what my diet should be like on cycle...macro wise. I'm looking to lean out and put on as much size as possible.
My diet right now is pretty clean because im in the middle of a cut to lean out a bit before i run a cycle. Just not sure what my macros should be on cycle. Im doing test e/dbol and possibly eq for 10 weeks. My metabolism is pretty fast because for maintenance i would usually eat around 2800-3000 calories. Thanks in advance for the help!
