Diet help

Hi, I'm just looking for somebody to help me produce a daily diet plan for me, I'm 20 years old 6ft and 12st dead. I have some body (stomach fat) that I want to lose but it's very stubborn and I've hammered cardio for months but it's slowly shifting. Also looking to bulk up as I have started to work to my 100% on the weights.

For me you don't need a daily diet plan you should undergo sugar free diet. You will just replace your sugar intake with natural sweeteners. You can try natvia. It has low calorie content. It will help you a lot in your weight.
