Diet on Dbol?

If someone where to hit Dbol for 4 weeks then Anavar, would it be a really good idea to eat a shit load to get the best out of the Dbols since you will stack on more muscle, or can you just eat normal?

for me normal is

Breakfast- 1 whole egg 5 egg white omlett with peppers and spinach, 2 whole wheat peices of toast, w/ peanbutter

Snack- protein shake and fruit.

Lunch- Sandwhich with lean chicken, cheese, 1/2 avacado. handfull of almonds. coffee.

Snack- Protein bar, or fruit and a coffee

Dinner/ Pre workout meal- Baked Yam, 1/4 bbq chicken. Salad/

Post workout- Portein Shake

Bedtime- 1 scoope casine + tbl spoon peanut butter.

for the 4 weeks on Dbol can i increase my carb intake? then go back to my regular diet? Im tryn keep the fat low lol thats whhy i ask.

3J or some of the others are more qualified than me especially when bringing AAS into the equation but a good start would be to post your macros, your height weight, estimated BF%

Sounds like you wanna bulk then cut? id maybe go for a clean bulk based on the amount of time you are talking but wait for 3J or some of the more advanced guys.


BTW: If you havent already you should read 3J's sticky for diet help and pay close attention to post #1 it will help you with sample diets and explain how to obtain your BMR/TDEE which is needed.

Im About 5'8 , 192 lbs 16% bf.

This is my stack starting monday...

Week 1-4 Dbol + Test
Week 5-12 Anavar (var) + Test
Then I have my post cycle therapy (pct) and i Have my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during my cycle. This is my first cycle and a guy I spoke to that im getting my gear om said his first cycle that he did was just Anavar (var) and if he could do it again he said he would make it worth and do some dbol with it so he rocommended doing that.

I just firgured since week 1-4 its going to be a bulk I should try and get the most out of the cycle and up my calorie intake. I wanted to see what you guys thought.

yea we're gonna need a bmr/tdee and macros,.. i would say read through post 1 of my sticky and do everything it asks.. as for your diet.. i would say ur no where close to ur caloric needs with what u have put up
