I am 31, 6ft, 210lb & about 18-20% bf. I've been training for 3 years but never really gotten serious about diet, I drink a little too much and that sort of thing, in general though I am in good health.
I was about 24% BF but have been strict with my diet for the past 6 to 8 weeks and the pounds are falling away slowly.
So I want to run my first cycle and I have everything ready to go, but what I don't know is if I should eat under, at, or over maintenance while on my cycle?
I want to add on some mass and lose more BF%, what do I need to do?
I know you will probably say loose more BF first but now that I have all the gear I don't know if I have the self dicipline to leave it untouched for another month or two....
This is my cycle which I just got from the stickies.
1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED
PCT
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
