Diet Opinion/ Diet Check

Just wanted to see what you guys think of this. Im far from a diet guru but just need opinions if anything should be switched or replaced, added or subtracted..appreciate it

MY STATS

24 6"1 255 20% bf

9:00 - 1 scoop whey

9 30: 3 egg whites/1 egg and 2 slices of whole grain toast or 1/4 cup scottish oatmeal

11:30 1 scoop whey

1 - lift

2:15 : 2scoops whey 1 scoop waxy maize

3:00-3:30 2 chicken breast (8-12oz total) on whole grain with a small salad w/ vegetables no dressing OR 1/2 white rice

6:30 - Either chicken or steak 1 1/2 peices and a small carb (beans or brown rice or cucumbers/tomatos)

9:00 - Protein dominant 2/3's and keep it very light on the carb also trying not to make it a rice or starch pref. another vegetable

11:30-12:00 1.5 scoops casein

Bed at 1-2



What do you guys think? hopefully not too bad but I bet someone can find somthing wrong with it :asshole:

eat real food

ur last real meal is 3 1/2 hrs back and u wanna lift on a protien shake? eat real food.. add complex carbs here..
1 - lift

this is the only time whey is okay

okay.. i would say a beef would be beter here.. but u also have casein

LOL 3 good lookin out man, the 1 scoop whey upon waking up I've been told time and time again is crucial to "jumpstart my metabolism" or somthing to that extent and i should hit that 15-30 min before my 1st meal as soon as i wake up.. today i just switched that nextm eal at 11 30 to 2 peices of chicken breast with a side of tomatos and whole grain toast (2 slice).. im actually all about real food and dont like to base my whole shit around whey but i've had people swear that im not over doing it with 3 shakes per day.. good looks on the critique
 
yo 3 I was thinkin at the gym today, and figure instead of starting a whole new thread.. whats your take on my PWO meal, I usually like to eat my red meat then but my friends at the gym are bustin my chops that i should eat the white meat then and do steak for my 6 or 9oclock meal.. i figure food is fuckin food but you know how some people get over this shit! props on the avatar, if thats your girl then im def taking your diet advice lol
