Diet plan qustions

I am trying to shed some body fat and was wondering if anyone had some diet tips or diet plans that could help me out. Im 21/235/6ft/18% body fat. Tyring to loose 4% or so.

Tip #1, you gotta start some cardio, 45 minutes first thing in the morning, low intensity, example; treadmill 3.5-4 mph.

Tip#2, there are many different types of diets, the main thing would be to cut back on how many calories you eat for maintenance, keep you protein intake high,(1-1.5g/lb of bodyweight), Carbs low to restricted, fats medium(good fats only).

I am by no means an expert when it comes to diet......., in fact I spend money to have someone else design mine for me.

Hopefully someone else will be able to offer you better advice.

Don't forget the water. Drink lots and lots (1-1.5 gallons/day). That, the 45 minutes of cardio, and a good ratio of protein to carbs will do the trick if you stick with it.
