hi i am 510 and 175 ilbs i want to become 185 but i want to mainely cut up an lose some extra fat around my stomach can some one please share i good diet plan that will help me bulk up a little but mostely i want to cut up you know like a jean claud van dam type of body
p.s i workout 3 days a week weight liffting and very little cardion

please tell me your diet suggestions as what i should eat for breakfast lunch and dinner
 
Just eat clean man. Fill your diet with protein,veggies, fruits and carbs. supplement as needed with protein shakes and bars,etc. workout hard and grow. It takes awile to lean bulk. you should eat 1/4 pound of meat,fish or poultry with each meal. Try to get most of your fats,carbs in early in the day. Its not as hard as you might think. It just takes a lot of patience and dedication. make sure you get enough sleep as well to recover.
