Diet question

I'm running mass diet currently. My weight hasn't moved last couple weeks. What do u recommend increasing carbs only, fat only, protein only or all three?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
 
I would increase all three. I'd maintain the same macros just increase total calories by about 400 or 500 calories. So if you're eating 3500 try 4000.
 
I would definitely increase protein and carb intake, you may have gained some mass since starting you're diet therefore in order to keep gaining your caloric intake must be increased further to ensure you're still in a caloric surplus
 
I just did my sixth shot of test e @ 250mg. Should I increase my dosage or just increase my protein, carb and fat intake?

cycle history and stats?
if it's your first cycle you should be able to increase protein and carb intake and increase in weight. if you're not growing and it's your first cycle you need to eat more.
