absolutely split it up! I thought you were already doing that... The split will keep more constant levels... this will also help balance your energy vs. crash... i should of seen this sooner...
make sure though that your last dosage is a good 6 hours prior to your sleeping time or you will be doing cardio in your bed... well not that that is a bad thing ;)

super....Thanks In your opinion should I go 100 1/2 am 1/2pm. Or should I stick to the 80? I am having results but would they be more or better with 100? I know that MORE is not always better but .................what do you think?

If you're seeing good results with the clen at 80, why not just leave it at that for this time. Then when you run it next you can try upping it to 100 to give your body an extra boost when it'll need it more as it becomes accustomed to your lowered cal's. And yes, split the doses up. Personally I'd split it up into 4 seperate doses but clen and I don't get along too well so I had to take it in small doses, 20 max. Last two times I ran clen I had such awful cramps I couldn't train, even with magnesium and calcium supplements. It took about 2 days from my last dose to feel it leave my system. You mentioned being a little moody, clen does that to a lot of people. The val. root may help you fall asleep. Whenever I've been on cycle I had pretty bad insomnia, a hot bubble bath, some good sex followed by val. root helped knock me out.

I don't have any experience with t3 so I'm looking forward to hearing how you do with it. Good luck, freaky girl!
 
Puddles...............I will let u know if I need help with my cardio :) Now the bigger problem that I am having is the ephedra... It completly stops my appetite and I feel sick to my stomach. So the question is .........is there another stack I can do in between the clen? At the begining of this I seemed okay with the stack e/c/a but 5weeks in every ten days its killing me. I am having problems with real food. What do you think?
 
Sometimes it's mind over matter. Stimulants make me nautious much of the time and eating will not be what I want to do but I've learned that if I do indeed eat #1 I will not vomit and #2 sometimes eating actually gets rid of the naussia. Also, if you can tollerate a little extra sodium, a small cup of bullion will often help ease the naussia or eating the food with some added salt. Sodium is a large part of what makes alka seltzer work. Ever notice how when you're sick, soup is often the trick to helping? I think it's the salt more than anything else. LOL This is also helpful for migraine and hangover naussia/vomitting (the cup of salty bullion).

Since you're on cycle, bloating may be a bit of a problem for you so drink a little extra water (more water actually helps get rid of water retention) and you can try taking some dandellion root which acts like a very mild diuretic.
 
Puddles...I shall try this sodium idea. I will let you know if it helps.. I am having my measurments and weight done tomorrow 6weeks in I will let you know the results. Thank you for all your words of wisdom it has helped my brain alot.....
