Diet questions????!!!!

Alright I am 19 6'6" 225 pounds and athletic. I was considering going the prohormone route but i figured i am too young and ought to give a planned out diet and supplement routine a try. I was planning on taking plasmavol and protein. I was wondering if anyone can recomend how to use these two for maximum results and also what would be a good diet for me to put on muscle. Thnx and ill be checking this often so any help is appreciated.
 
I agree after workout is when you need some quick acting protein the most.I have to give you credit for holding off on the prohormones until you get alittle older and for your diet to be really good.Seems not too many people do that these days.
