Hey guys,

So I'm sure you will be glad to know there are young ones who understand diet is key, this is why I am asking for any advice and improvemens to my diet (there are a lot) I am studying from 8am to 4:30pm to my diet usually works in between.

Meal 1:
Protein shake (whey isolate)
1 whole egg (added into shake)
Medium to large banana


Meal 2:
2-3 teraykie chicken California rolls

Meal 3:
Oven baked chicken nuggets (homemade so fat content is low)
White rice and steamed vegetables

Meal 4: post training
Protein shake (Whey isolate)
1 whole egg (added into shake)
Peanut butter sandwich

Only thing added is a few teaspoons of nutella, an extra banana or mini mars bar every now and then.

This is almost identical to what I eat each day, please offer and critique I am currently bulking and this somewhere around 2900-3100 cals
This it's around 130-150g protein around 280-310 carbs and fats are around 70-120 depending on the nutella and mini mars bars intake ;)

P.S. potentially looking for online personal trainer
 
I shouldn't have to ask this since you know how important diet as a younger person.
What are your stats?
20yo 100lb female would be my guess.

I also need the weight of the food you are eating ... Doesn't look like 2900 calories
