Hi guys, I'm fairly new here, but I love the information I've been reading so far. I just had a few questions and was hoping someone can help me out..
First some info...I'm 22, ~160Lbs, and not in great shape at all. I believe my bf% is around 25 (had a fitness test done a few weeks back). I just joined a gym, and have been going there consistently (5-6 times a week). I'm almost a pure vegetarian (I only eat Chicken, and sometimes I don't even get that everyday).
1. How do I get my bf% down (to around 12-15) effectively? (what types of foods should I be eating and what type of workout should I be doing). I think my main goal is to loose the fat around my mid section. Should I be doing cardio and weights? Or can I do one to reduce the fat more quickly then the other?
2. How can I get more protein in my diet? I am willing to start eating tuna if need be (donno how much of it to eat)?
3. How much water should I be drinking?
