Hey Jamie, quick question.. I was listening to a radio show with milos sarcev ( http://www.superhumanradio.com/media/ot/OT-05072009.mp3 ) and he was talking about refeed days around 78 mins in, and he says for refeed days, your fat intake should be as close to 0 as possible. He says with the amount of carbs ingested on a refeed day, even 30 - 40g of fat, which is nothing (his words), will all be stored since the body is using only carbs that day as an energy source, or something like that. From my second post, I'm eating about 28g fat for the day (7% of calories), most of the fat seems to be coming from the pancakes.. should I replace the pancakes with a fat-free carb? What do you think?
