Diet Suggestions - Starting Test E / Var / Clen

Bros - I'm 37, 6'1" and 210 @ 16 to 17% BF. I'm starting a 12-week Test E / Anavar (var) / Clen cycle (Clen on / off every 2 weeks, Test E @ 500 mg a week for 12 weeks, Anavar (var) at 80 mg ED for 8 weeks - but starting lighter the first 2 week building up to 80). I've reviewed what I'm currently eating and am guessing that I need to add some calories and fat. Please provide suggestions - I've been out of the this for about 7 years. Thanks in advance!

  • AMP Shake Whey (2 scoops) - 180 Calories, 40 protein, 3 fat

also how are you cooking all that meat?? on a grill?? cuz if you ant and your using oil you have to consider that into your macros

I'd like to put on lean mass and lose body fat. I'm cooking all chicken and most of the red meat I eat on a grill, but fish and very little chicken is cooked in a pan w/ very light olive oil (spray).
