Diet Suggestions - Starting Test E / Var / Clen
Bros - I'm 37, 6'1" and 210 @ 16 to 17% BF. I'm starting a 12-week Test E / Anavar (var) / Clen cycle (Clen on / off every 2 weeks, Test E @ 500 mg a week for 12 weeks, Anavar (var) at 80 mg ED for 8 weeks - but starting lighter the first 2 week building up to 80). I've reviewed what I'm currently eating and am guessing that I need to add some calories and fat. Please provide suggestions - I've been out of the this for about 7 years. Thanks in advance!
