diet tips for cutting

hi guys! I am an Italian boy of 31 years old, I make bb for 14 years and I would like to compare myself with you, because here in Italy we have several thoughts on bodybuilding

I'm height 1.74 cm, and weight 84 kg (EU measures). I am endomorph and my skin is thick enough. I am currently doing a cycle of 16 weeks with hgh 4 ui ED 6 on 1 off, 40 mg t3 ED, 1 mg Armidex EOD, 600 mg test prop / week

my diet is made of 5 meals:
meal 1: 2 whole eggs + 6 egg whites + orange juice
meal 2: 160 grams of canned tuna
Meal 3: 200 grams of chicken + raw vegetables
meal 4: 180 grams of canned red meat
Meal 5: 200 grams of chicken + cooked vegetables

in the weekend I put a load of carbohydrates in meals 1-3-5:
meal 1: 80 grams of oatmeal
meal 3: 70 grams of brown rice
meal 5: 3 potatoes or pizza (to make happy my girl!)

anyone of you using this type of diet for cutting? or is it better to always keep the carbs during the week? do not forget that I'm endomorph, and I accumulate easily fat and water, but even with this diet with so low carbs, I'm not cut as I would like. tips?
