I am new to posting on the forum but have been reading posts for a few months now. I am starting my second cycle and running sustaplex 325mg/ml 2ml/week. My last cycle was 12 weeks for a power lifting competition, this will be 15 but still for a competition. Last competition I had to the Atkins diet to make weight (terrible diet I know but I did what I had to do with the short time frame I had) and ended up cutting from 206 to 181 at weigh in (24 hours before) I lifted at about 190lbs on comp. day and pressed 144kg officially. This comp which is 12 weeks out I want to weigh in the 181-198 class. (Currently at 180) and obviously would like to be as close to 198 as possible.
Anyways - after my last comp I got off the atkins diet and was eating around 2500 cal/day and counting carbs and fats. Kept the fats low, and carbs around 200 per day and continued to lose weight and dropped from 19 to 16% BF. I am around 14% now but would like to keep dropping BF while increasing size. My ultimate question is how many cal should I aim for a day and how many g of carbs to continue to keep the BF on a down hill slide while putting on as much lean muscle as possible? spoke with a colleague who uses from time to time and he suggested at least 3500 cal/day... Any imput is appreciated.
