Diet whilst on first cycle

Hi guys, here is a sample diet plan i have made up. I do shift work so it may vary but i will try and stick to it and just change the meals and times.

Meal 1. Protein Shake with Milk, 9 Egg Whites ( 250ml ), 10g Almond Spread

Meal 2. Protein Shake with Milk W/Dextrose PWO

Meal 3. 250g Rice with 300g Chicken Breast PPWO

Meal 4. 250g Rice with 280g Tuna

Meal 5. Protein Shake with Milk, 10g Almond Spread

Meal 6. 9 Egg Whites ( 250ml )


It is a total of 3280 Cals ED comprising of-

PROTEIN - 322g
CARBS - 304.2g
FAT - 81.7g

Which is just about 40/40/20

Will be eating every 3 hours with the exception of PPWO which is half an hour after PWO. What do you guys think?

Should i swap MEAL 4 and 5 so i am spreading out the rice and carbs more?

first things first.. get rid of all the shakes in your diet except post workout...

what kind of rice is that your eating??


make your last meal a lean beef...


you need to replace those shakes with real food my friend

- 1136 Cals
- 232g Carbs
- 21g Protein
- 23g Fat
* for 500gm ED

It is the bulk of my carbs for the day and a fair bit of my Cals.

No problem replacing the shakes, i can throw in a lot more Lean beef. Is this a better plan-

i want you to move some of the rice here and move the almond spread to your last meal..

this looks alot better then all those shakes.. your just having too much carbs at once, if you allocate 1/3 to 1/4th of your carbs to breakfast, you'll do much better..

anything past 70-80g of carbs in one sitting is unnecessary
 
you could keep the eggs in your last meal, it's okay, as long as there's beef in that bitch
 
Sweet, appreciate the input dude, ill make the necessary adjustments and put some of the rice in my Breaky to even it out a bit. Appreciate all the help man, i will keep everyone posted on my other thread to let you guys know how im going when i start my cycle- should be around Jan 25! Cant wait!
 
make sure to check in with me every 10 days so we can microcalibrate..

all we have done right now is given you a starting point.. we might have to go up and down based on your bodiees reaction
 
Sounds like a plan, ill post weekly updates when i start. Thanks for all the assistance with getting me ready for my first cycle, without the help i have received on here i would have made some poor diet and cycle choices before i even started.
 
Hey guys, will be starting my cycle next week and just 1 last question regarding my diet. For the days when im not in the gym and will only be running im thinking i should cut out a few of my carbs and cals, is that ok?

Was thinking of cutting out 250grams of rice ( cutting in half ) and obviously no need for the dextrose in the protein shake.

What do you guys think?
