diet?

Hey ive been on a cycle for over nine weeks and made some good gains, now they stopped, ive read something about mylogany or some sort of hormone that increases which haults gains so I should increase dose. But then I read that this info is old practices and its all diet. Im 168 and on aI fluxuation of a 3500-4000 calorie diet. And I cant find any time in my schedule to increase, any ideas or tips on quick high calorie meals I can make... I always hav e a 1000 cal shake with my breaky and have other shakes in my car for when im on the road but I need fast high cal meals. Any ideas?
 
Your results have stopped simply because you are not eating enough quality food. you need to start increasing this. And you definately do have time mate, tbh thats an excuse people use.
