Dieting issues

So here it is, I'm 5',5" and currently 195lbs @ 9% bf
Cycle
75mg of Tren each day
75mg of prop every other
have lots of Winstrol (winny) but not sure when to start

I'm 14 weeks out of my first BB comp and this is what I'm taking in now.

6:30am 6-8 egg white w/ green peppers, 1 pc. bread 500ml of milk
9:00am a bag of rice cakes, 1 can of tuna, 150mg of cottage cheese, 1 apple
11:30am a baked potato 5 ounces of BB salmon
1:00pm whey protein 75mg of yogurt, 1 apple
2:00pm rice cakes, 1/2 can of tuna
4:00pm a baked potatoe, 5 ounces of BB salmon
POW 1 shake
7:00pm rice/baked potatoe and 2 chicken breast or steak
9:30pm 8 egg whites

Now I dropped 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks, I don't want to start cardio this early, but to me it seems like I'm eating to much I believe I'm consumming more food then my bulking cycle, but I'm so hu***y. Also I've never dieted before so I'm just getting used to trying to lose weight instead of gainning it. So any help would be greatly appreciated, also I workout 5 times a week really hard and 1 time a week I just do hams and calves again

I do have one but he's doing a show this weekend so he won't be able to meet with me, he said until the end of next week, I'm just curious what other people have to say.

My coaches would cut out the fruit and shake. Shake gets absorbed too fast and doesn't make your metabolism work. Fruit.....too much sugar. They also don't like salmon.....too much fat but I tend to disagree with this a bit. They also have me doing cardio almost everyday!

Good luck with your comp......my first comp is in 15 weeks!
 
hmm, what about replacing more of the whey shakes w/casein instead, for a slower and steady flow of aminos? Obviously use the whey for after the workouts, but I know that casein can take up to 7 hours to fully digest. Also, I agree with you Miss M., salmon contains mainly monosaturated fats which are actually more likely to promote fat-burning. Plus, they have other benefits as well (i.e. heart health, joint health, brain health, etc.). Well, hey, every program's different, huh?

I'll give ya my $.02 and let you take it or leave it.

1st- Find yourself a coach

2nd - If you don't do #1 cut back on your damn meals to only 5 or 6.

3rd - Get rid of the milk, yogurt, bread - use those in the offseason.

4th - If you've lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks why in the hell would you add cardio. If you lose 5 more lbs in the next week its time to start eating more.

Thanks to everyone for the responses, and thanks for your $0.02 Dirk, I appreciate it, I actually have a trainer and he is starting the end of next week on me, I'm at the point now where I'm starting to really get into this training for a reason stuff and I was getting impatient.
