dieting with spilt workout

If I am doing cardio in the am and my strength training in the pm, how to adjust my diet acording (ex when do i have a protein shake when should i eat prior to each and what should it be...)
 
im doing the same thing... normally i do cardio on an empty stoumach, then eat a regular breakfast (7 whites, 1 whole egg, oatmeal) and resume normal eating patterns until my afternoon workout at 5, then after that i have a protein drink, and about an hour later protein, veggies and a few carbs free off fat... and that is good to hold me until the next morning!

yeah just do what the Nib says:p

Just do your cardio on empty stomach, then post workout dextrose and whey, then have meal 2, 3,... etc, until you get 1 hour before weights, and then have your pre workout meal with protein and carbs,.. then postworkout shake and dextrose again, then have your no fat meal 1 hr post shake like Nabiller says:D

Did I just rewrite everything Nabiller just said in a different way:( haha
