Digestive Issues

sleepstalker

I am banned!
So I am having some issues at the moment with my diet and digestion. It seems I am loosing my appetite and the idea of combining a heavy protein and starch together isnt working. So I am gonna try to separate my "heavy protein" from my starches. For example Not eating say a chicken and rice meal together. For me I feel that is just too much to process or digest. Also considering picking up some NOW Super Enzymes. Any of you bros have this problem?

I have not, but have you tried lower carb, high fat/protein diets before? Currently I am taking in around 100g net carbs on training days and trace on off/cardio days. All come PWO in a shake and then the next solid food meal after with low fat. Then back to high fat/low carb until I train next.

I am unsure of your goals but I am on a mini 2-3 week cut/recomp before I start my cycle. As long as I am not taking in too many cals in shakes I feel surprisingly good digestively, and lack bloat. Once I go on I am most likely going to go back to a clean, high protein/carb and low fat approach just to maximize my gains on cycle and post.

I have actually thought about digestive enzymes also and may still check them out soon. NOW is a solid company as well.

Good luck man

edit* also, how many meals/day and how far apart are you eating them? cal intake/macros?

keep them together, better growth.

get ginger (or tumeric) root pills, take 1-3 a day and i assure you you will have more hunger. also i would rec Advanced Probiotic from NTBM (Advanced Probiotic will help with proper gastrointestinal tract (GI Tract) function. ), i think its great for getting things moving.

good luck!

for the most part i can eat a ton and be fine. but when my stomach is off i take a probiotic. it is usually off from a night of drinking (once a month i go out with the guys to the bar and kill it ....yeah i got to grow up) so i take probiotics for a few days to get me "regular"
