DIM (Di-Indole Methane)

DIM helps balance, normalize and improve estrogen metabolism in men and women. It is oil soluble and best taken with food or flax oil.

Di-Indole Methane is the direct metabolite of I3C (Indole-3-Carbinol) and twice as strong. DIM has been shown in clinical studies to promote healthier estrogen metabolism in both men and women.

Men over 50 literally have higher estradiol and estrone levels than their postmenopausal wives. This condition causes many unhealthful effects, especially prostate illness and gynecomastia. DIM helps normalize these estrogen levels.

Has anyone tried this supplement? Any feedback would be kind? Sounds as this may be a nice addition to a cycle and or PCT

Indole-3-carbinol is a substance found in vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collards, cauliflower, kale, mustard greens, turnips, and rutabagas. It can also be produced in the laboratory.

Indole-3-carbinol is used for prevention of breast cancer, colon cancer, and other types of cancer. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has reviewed indole-3-carbinol as a possible cancer preventive agent and is now sponsoring clinical research for breast cancer prevention.

Indole-3-carbinol is also used for fibromyalgia, tumors inside the voice box (laryngeal papillomatosis) caused by a virus, tumors inside the respiratory tract (respiratory papillomatosis) caused by a virus, abnormal cell growth in the cervix (cervical dysplasia), and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Some people use indole-3-carbinol to balance hormone levels, ***8220;detoxify***8221; the intestines and liver, and to support the immune system.

Its really not the wonderful estrogen management tool the write ups you posted make it sound like.
Always eat your broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and cabbage though. i eat a bag of broccoli or cauliflower per day along with one other bag of frozen veggies like green beans or spinach.

If I can get all the benefits from those vegetables in 1 pill at 1/4 of the price I just may try it IMO

Then again I see your point you don't get the fiber associated with eating these vegetables or all the other nutrients. Anyhoot good point and thanks for the reply. I like to hear what people have to say about products before I try them. Also it helps me look at things from a different angle.
